What do you personify?

Every few days/weeks or so I get fascinated with a concept and right now, I'm fascinated by elegance. Elegance is far from extravagance, is distant from accomplishment, different from class and impossible to achieve with anxiety and negative thoughts.

To me, elegance is about inner beauty and generosity and giving and showing love to others without expecting any back for yourself.

I believe elegance is predominantly personified by people that believe in karma and appreciate God and nature and the feeling that what they sincerely put into and give the world and the steps they take toward achieving a more benevolent society is a means and an end at the same time.

I couldn't agree more with William Ellery Channing's sentiment more when he said it's better to see elegance than luxury. Meditate on that thought, today. Money can buy a luxurious lifestyle but being content with one's self and the love surrounding them is priceless and substantially more fulfilling in my mind. Too often, people pursue extravagance and forget about what would really fulfill them... they act fake and insincere and draw attention and are gravitated to the wrong things.

Often, it takes the reevaluation of our goals and stepping outside of our comfort zones to truly achieve, deep down, what we know is best for us and the world. Be an inspiration to others through your kindness and allow the manifestations of your positive (not jealous nor greedy) thoughts dictate who you are in the world.
